Lower benefits and advantages than in other companies. Pay is too low compared to nb of worked hours (mini 60 per week)
I do a job for three to four people but all the executives get the big bonuses and pay. Ran a department that required at least 20-30 people and I had 5 at best.

More training less coordinators sitting in a class. New hires can not learn our process sitting in a class with videos for 8-9 hrs. They need more on floor training with one training coordinator overseeing the process. We have coordinators with assistance that have assistance.
Consider people as assets and treat them woth respect and recognition
Too many things to list
more streamline approach, too many cooks in the kitchen
It's not good because you get candidates who quit so quickly and with no experience
Everyone should be replaceable but not here. You are rewarded for doing less and critized for going the extra mile

On the station level, the company is extremely corrupt. National and global management simply doesn't involve itself enough.
