What makes you most happy at work?

Like many other employees, I love the product on the site! Also fun and exciting problems to fix.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work life balance, upper management refilusing to listen to rank-and-file issues that make call center lives exceedingly difficult. They often develop new processes that make our jobs even harder that we need to learn to circumvent in order to get work done.
