What do you like best about the leadership team?Theyre experienced leaders who run the company in a welcoming and energized way, they also appear to get along well as many of them have worked together and been friends for years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Stock and health insurance! I also appreciate wednesday lunches.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are very polite to one another and listen to each other. We communicate well even though there are many remote members of the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Work life balance, upper management refilusing to listen to rank-and-file issues that make call center lives exceedingly difficult. What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co workers on the whole are a great group and work together, often under management's radar, to solve common problems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Work life balance, much less micro management.
