What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are on time with employees concerns.
The great communication and willingness to do whatever to make ur job easier and productive

Listening to their employees and treating us like we actually matter
More leadership according to a broad vision plan rather rash decisions made because of crisis or chaos

The health insurance and the affordability

I do excellent work and I deserve a raise.

Great communications, teamwork, and ethic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to communicate more on what is going in with a customers car
They are all caring team players
Better communication between us facilitated by management and less insulation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
High level of safety and serene working environment

Highly stressful but try to make it as easy going a possible

They need to listen to their employees and stick to their promises

The kids and the staff at I work with at my site
Providing quality product all the while making a living and supporting my family

I get tired of being yelled at and talked down to by my manager
The sites could be a lot cleaner.
