Horribly, because I'm undervalued at my job. I always give 110% and it always seems to go unnoticed,but when I make one mistake it's like I'm the worse employee ever. I feel disrespected and lied to. I've had to asked to be trained and when I do I get told unfulfilled promises
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along friends wise but work wise some employees are being trained incorrectly which makes my job harder cause I have to then fix their mistake
What makes you most happy at work?
Its honestly the customers and that's about it. I'm an out going person and love making connections with other people but I'm usually not happy about working with other coworkers
