It's been a very positive experience. A refreshing change to not have the bureaucracy that is involved with so many work places, whilst still conscious of governance, rules and regulations that govern our industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team interact well and can be relied upon to be there when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I've done a good job, especially if it's a challenging piece of work. Having a variety of tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid fairly and also rewarded with a bonus if we have proved to have done a good job. I do not have a stock/equity based policy with my role, which is why I answered negatively to that question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently with lockdown we are working from home, which I have to admit I much prefer to the office environment as there are no distractions. This is especially noticeable when working on complicated analysis or something that needs a high level of concentration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They empower their trusted staff to make decisions. We're not micro-managed but treated like adults, which manifests itself in mutual respect. We're rewarded for a job well done and can reach out if we need support knowing it will be there when needed.
