I think the medical benefits could be better and the PTO is far less than other companies that are similar.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the extra curricular activities we do. Furry Friday, team activities, In office professional massages once a month, paid for yoga and boot camp training, bake off challenges, and laser tag. They're always coming up with something fun and new to do.
