We have a fairly flat structure which allows employees to contribute new ideas and programs. Employees who go above and beyond are recognized and rewarded.

The willingness to help each other out. This is an inter-departmental thing that I feel like I've never experienced with any other company I have worked with.

There is a concerted effort to listen and truly hear what's on the mind of team members.

Currently with lockdown we are working from home, which I have to admit I much prefer to the office environment as there are no distractions. This is especially noticeable when working on complicated analysis or something that needs a high level of concentration.
