The coworkers at a peer-level, and the family mentality we all hold.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It all comes from the way the culture is set up. These people know a lot about monkeys but nothing about people..their own employees if you will. Its kinda like they have their own gangs in the company and if you aren't licking the bottome of your managers shoes then you're insubordinate.
Company is expanding without slowing down for adequate training of its new hires. Expectation of employees to become more efficient and adjust without addressing 14+ hour work days.
