Inclusivity And acceptance from pretty much every team.
We know each other past work environment. Their kids pets hobbies, and more. I think this influences greatly on how you work with someone
Many women in science and supervisory positions. Very LGBT positive and people from all different backgrounds working together. Overall, the opposite of a toxic work environment, wonderful people that bend over backwards to make sure their work is good.

The most positive item about the culture of the company is the family mentality. Everyone works together, and cares for each other. The attitude is that "the big wigs are figureheads, who are never around, so let's do the work, and do an awesome job in doing so. If we have fun, all the better"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better direct line management that are not just left over from past mergers.
