What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recent addition of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - however, most people in the company are too busy to take advantage of these.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company continues to hand out branded swag instead of raising pay. New hire pay has increased drastically while pay for existing workers was not adjusted equally. Sign-on bonuses up to $2000 - no retention bonus, annual bonus less than $1000. Compensation for the role is not competitive anymore.
