Work weeks became 60 hr + with the expectation that it is the new normal. Company has a lack of care or interest in addressing employee health and challenges surrounding this, and the people and data integrity is suffering as a result.

Best thing about working here is the people. My coworkers are wonderful, kind, helpful, and selfless.

It was a team interview so I talked to multiple people and they all had different things to say.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company is expanding without slowing down for adequate training of its new hires. Expectation of employees to become more efficient and adjust without addressing 14+ hour work days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many women in science and supervisory positions. Very LGBT positive and people from all different backgrounds working together. Overall, the opposite of a toxic work environment, wonderful people that bend over backwards to make sure their work is good.
