The level of pay is below the level of responsibility I hold.
no raises for multiple years. 401K matching is only deposited once per year. Health insurance is horrible and cannot support a family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn basic common courtesy and politeness.
everyone is very defeated here so I can't blame coworkers as the problem is leadership

Management needs to listen more to the staff.
