I have been her for 2 long years. The job can be stressful , tiring and boring at times. But overall, helping the patient with everyday needs is the priority. I have had alot of ups and downs but I try to push pass it and just do my job.

I feel unvalued because my job title is not being used. Being paid more and receiving my recognition for the work that we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
communication between supervisor and employees and HR, understanding everyone specific role in the company , neutral respect from higher level and hourly employees ( knowing we are equal)
