They are wonderful to work with

They are open to new ideas and speak freely, well organized and offer exccellent leadership to all employees.
A good team down to earth
There is no micromanaging.. Very independent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly developing a system that works and maintains the integrity of the team
team moral, team working, and team building.. every man for himself should not be the way it should be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off is great!
Love that we have long or short term invalidity
Free lunch daily helps with yearly pay
PTO and overtime pay when I get the extra hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise ability to grow within the company
More sick days. Higher pay for being understaffed. 5 sick days a year is ridiculous.
excssivly overworked and not appriciated. Minimum wage for the amount of work output is wrong. pay employees what they are worth
I feel the company should start us out with more, most of us are single moms but ,we do start out making more than minimum wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun. And thats great
We all work like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows what to do and they just do it.
Down to earth, nutual respect, we have a good team now but unfortunately we lost 2 good soldiers.
My teammates are very nice. Except one. Cant even talk to her half of the time.

Not my place to do that or discuss
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along together
The conversations but not in my kitchen
working with the public and students
The resident who gives me advice and takes care of my health as they say to go slower and take care of me more, as I do long hour to keep up the work. Employee amd resident empathize, its like a big familly ive never seen this in any other places
Seeing the students enjoy they're meal is positive and of course anytime I can help prepare a meal

I really never had an interview , its odd but i like that

Team and the resident they are so nice i love too take care of them and make them laugh im confortable

There is no leniency on anything.
employee moral is to low and managment doesnt care to change it

supervisors who do their job and make other employees work instead of trying to be their best friend
