Raise ability to grow within the company
More sick days. Higher pay for being understaffed. 5 sick days a year is ridiculous.
excssivly overworked and not appriciated. Minimum wage for the amount of work output is wrong. pay employees what they are worth
I feel the company should start us out with more, most of us are single moms but ,we do start out making more than minimum wage.

employee moral is to low and managment doesnt care to change it
supervisors who do their job and make other employees work instead of trying to be their best friend
