As an engineer, not much to dislike. Flexible, reasonable, inclusive, talented, and focused. Hustle mentality while valuing work smarter not harder. Also respects your PTO. Fully remote is a massive plus. The only thing is I wish there were stock options or higher salary offered to engineers.
