Great leadership! Good career development
The leadership team leads by example. They work for their employees and not the other way around
Approachable and open to input
The leadership team is very approachable and willing to put in the extra work to keep everyone motivated.
They work hard, and expect you to do the same, however they give you the freedom to work how you are most productive

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The competitive base pay and unlimitted commision is great
Free lunch Thursdays and lots of company events.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is average to below market
The setup here is terrible
What are some of the best things about your team?
Caring and unselfish mentality. Focused.
Everyone is super nice and collabortive we are one team
Team is great and supee collaborative
The team treat each other with respect and collaborate as one unit
Smaller teams keep us agile and able to work cross functionally when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give you the tools you need to succeed
Everyone is here to work hard and have fun by staying social.
Very fun work environment! There's enough autonomy which makes everything more relaxed and manageable. And multiple work outings and cross departmental functions.
Lots of ways to get to know your coworkers

Close up shop the core is screwed
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straightforward they were communicative and I liked the hiring manager and recruiter
I liked how thorough it was
The interview process was less about testing my technical abilities and more about culture fit. They trusted my skills were what i said they were, they just wanted to make sure i would fit in the culture on day one. And i did.
Meeting with multiple people within the department.
I met a ton of people before they offered me the job - knew what the role was and no surprises

Product isnt keeping up with the market

I like that we have our cross functional teams so we can meet people in all departments.
