Once again they need to improve everything they've been working together for a long time and don't like new people in the mix
They pay every two weeks and I stepped down from my position in the middle of the pay period, Instead of having one pay rate for one week and another for the next week. They reduced my whole pay period to a smaller rate, even though I did management work for half of it. They refused to fix it.
Overall a decent experience, could use some improvement
Not happy with this company
Managers will pile as many tasks on you as possible. All punishment pools at the bottom rungs. There is almost no space for career advancement. You will feel morally bankrupt. There is a lot of paperwork

Treat employees with respect. Offer good pay. Open new departments for example collections, follow ups, better IT and software
The ability to work with customers more on their accounts, the ability to use the time you have earned without having to fight to be able to use it. More competitive pay.

Why work for Check Into Cash?
Don’t. Low pay, Too much work especially right now that payday advances are dissapearing they stopped giving raises so they can transition into doing bigger loans only. They never prorate your pay when minimum wage goes up and benefits are horrible and expensive. You’re better off working at a McDonald’s

Depends with a branch manager no more than 20-30 min District manager up to one hour or it can be over the phone

Small loans/installment loans are growing fast. Payday advances are starting to get more momentum. Title pawns are starting to have difficulties.

Not very good, you spend much more time at work then at home.
