They pay every two weeks and I stepped down from my position in the middle of the pay period, Instead of having one pay rate for one week and another for the next week. They reduced my whole pay period to a smaller rate, even though I did management work for half of it. They refused to fix it.

Overall a decent experience, could use some improvement

Not happy with this company

Managers will pile as many tasks on you as possible. All punishment pools at the bottom rungs. There is almost no space for career advancement. You will feel morally bankrupt. There is a lot of paperwork

There are good and bad things as with every company however I think the company cares about it's employees and most of the leadership really tries to make us feel appreciated.

Some are willing to go out of their way to help you

They are open to the opinions of employees no matter the employees title.

Every product and procedure comes from the corporate office. Those people have never worked in a store and have no idea how the changes affect everyday life. Store employees could complain about something for months with no fix. The moment a higher-up manager has to do the work, things are changed.

Payday loans are evil. Nothing management does will make that feeling go away

They "lead" by threat management, this serves only to alienate the employees and create a hostile work environment.

I was told when I got hired on by the general manager, I would make a certain amount I do not make that amount

Check into cash pays you to mislead and harass customers. They do not pay well enough for this task

We do not have stock options. I am not a fan of our medical insurance.

Long hours for little pay and no respect. I've been looking for an other job

Once again they need to improve everything they've been working together for a long time and don't like new people in the mix

Check into cash is the last chance many people get. They behave accordingly.

The company does a lot of fun things for us. Events, meals, trips, farmers markets etc.

Still has a family feel for a larger organization

Payday loans are bad and everyone knows it. This drains the employee morale

I was asked to confirm I could read, get to work, and fill out paperwork. No other skills were required
