Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's corporate so I really don't like anything about them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being more in touch with the front line personnel
Fair wages and understanding of why better wages are needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is great, it couldn't get any better.
Decent pay for the work but often work alone and don't have coverage for time off needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a full-time associate but wasn't allowed to work over 30 hours, when technically speaking full time was at minimum 32 hrs. And then as an experienced associate I was paid bare minimum yet I was training my store manager without compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
First hand the team was adequate minus the adjustments needed because almost everyone was new.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not the jobs fault everything is just to slow and over repetitive.
Having a sales culture shoved down our throats that does not apply to our business.
Nothing going wrong per say. I just feel I can be making more at another company doing practically the same job.
