Check Point needs new leadership. The company is solid but it's old, stodgy and lacks innovation. There are lots of untapped opportunities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Severly underpaid as per industry standard
Better salary, a more simplistic and fair compensation plan
Pay higher salaries and offer more RSUs

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fresh leadership. Gil, Amnon, Dorit and Tal are yesterday's executives. They can't move the needle. Systems are antiquated too, which is sad

Great questions but need to align the promises and the actual day to day work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lying to the customers, partners and even internally about the revenues and execution capabilities
There's no opportunity for advancement. Even new employees are forced into roles they weren't hired to do. It's a hot mess most days.
