What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each person makes you feel like you are an important part of the team and they are always there to help you out!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am not totally sure who our leadership is right now but they need to improve communication and transparency and look at the company from a whole picture - strong need to increase organization and structure
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission and paid time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued I just feel like my salary could be a bit higher especially since I have shown my worth to the company and also loyalty.
not in line with how company makes money, unclear structure that is flawed and talk of change with structure has been ensuing for months with no change
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive and kind
Working enviroment is a plus!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Happy hours, socializing, everyone is generally in a good mood
The people and we are able to dress down everyday!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
increase team size aside from sales, clarify goals, responsibility, and communication

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am coming into a great workplace and am a young individual that is making more than most my age! People are great and it's fun!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
structure, organization, transparency, need a long term plan that the whole team knows and understands. also hire more people to help outside of sales
