Mr. Anatol Feygin has been Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Cheniere Energy, Inc. since September 19, 2016. Mr. Feygin served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since March 2014 until September 19, 2016. Mr. Feygin joined Cheniere after seven years at Loews Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Energy Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager for serven years. In these roles, he developed forecasts for Loews' three energy platforms (upstream, midstream and services), identifying risks and making capital allocation decisions. In addition, Mr. Feygin evaluated new investment opportunities in energy and energy intensive industries and created, implemented and executed hedging strategies for Loews' Exploration and Production business and Loews Hotels generating more than $1 billion in hedging gains. Mr. Feygin served as Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Banc of America Securities LLC since April, 2004. Based in New York, he covers the natural gas, pipelines and distributors sector. Mr. Feygin joined BAS after seven years at J.P. Morgan Securities, where he served as Senior Analyst covering more than 20 companies in the natural gas, pipelines and distributors sector. In 2003, he was recognized as an Institutional Investor All America Runner Up for his coverage of the natural gas sector. He began his career at J.P. Morgan covering the electric utilities sector. He served as Equity Analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co, Research Division. He served as Analyst at HSBC, Research Division. Previously, Mr. Feygin spent six years at Degussa Corporation's Metal Group. He served as a Director at Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC since September 15, 2016. Mr. Feygin earned his master of business administration from New York University's Stern School of Business and his bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Rutgers University.
