Lack of communication from leadership on their vision and direction of company. Very little money spent on training staff to become more proficient or to gain better consulting skills. Small raises that are intermittent. No employee recognition program. Flat organization.
I am regularly asked to perform duties outside of my role responsibilities but i am never compensated for it. I barley get thank yous.

The 401k match is very small and below industry standard. Just changed health care plans, resulting in higher deductibles and out of pocket expenses.
Proper staffing would help. Proper pay. Not having to work with less than needed. Management that actually cares about employees instead of there own bonuses.
Need more team meetings to interact and look for more opportunities. Feels too much like a staffing agency. No forward vision to what to do after a contract ends.
Ask for employee feedback. Recognize employees for what they do. Celebrate success.

All management cares about if their own pay and bonuses they earn off our work and performance.
