What is the best part about your compensation package?

We always make sure everyone is happy

The best part is when I get to kidnap the kids that come in the car dealership.

401k matching by far is the best

nice bonus, nice salary - overall great package

I get a manager, employee, and sales discount

Being that I was brought into the dealership I kinda get to ask for the things that will benefit me without push back
