
Working with my coworkers and passing on my knowlage to others as well as trouble shooting problems and working as a team to find a soulition not just a quick fix
I do not have interaction with office leadership only direct offshore leadership I have 23 years in the oil and gas industry and find it hard to believe that some of the people chevron has put in leadership roles out there are the best person for the position
Honestly think comparable pay to top companies is a start chevron likes us to be Worl class well I feel we should get treated like world class as well that's a two way street . I know the pmp is ment to be a good thing but we have bad gaps in this system
I honestly feel we have one of the strongest teams in the gulf . And everyone is truly like family .chevron has stoped giving money for off sight teambuilds but the past 3 years I have put them together and we paid for it ourselves at least 2 times a year we are that close
I feel chevrons pention is set up to try and force u to stay till you get older to reach the full benifits of it but in doing this they hold the cards to lay you off before reaching the age to do so . Other companies are doing it evenely throughout your career not just all on the back end
