What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is a coordinator or a tracker. Delivering results is only a small fraction of the requirements at Chevron. Poor performers are rewarded.
Spend less time on smoke breaks and staring at cell phones. Become cognizant of in store processes, i.e. , planogram updates

My coworkers are mostly made up of friends of the supervisor so a lot of kissing up. Not sure if there is anything to change or improve except maybe establishing boundaries with supervisor
