Compensation is barely above federal mandated minimum wage. A 2% pay raise after four years is an insult.

Focusing on the weak link employees and get them to pull their fair share of the work load.

Spend less time on smoke breaks and staring at cell phones. Become cognizant of in store processes, i.e. , planogram updates
