It used to be a better company when we worried about oil production and not all the politics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No longer have many to choose from.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They spend too much time micro managing and not enough time or effort into team building.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Many of my co workers can’t wait to climb that corporate ladder at whatever cost. They put no effort into training cause they don’t plan on being there too long.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy doing my job, the company was amazing when I started there years ago. Even though it’s not the same the job I do and people I interact with day today are great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They went based on experience and knowledge as well as mechanically inclined not based on test scores. Now all the people they hire have little or no knowledge of the job they are chosen based on computer skills.
