Review from Operations Dept

It has options for everyone. Pet insurance, fertility assistance —

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Finance Dept

lifestyle spending, 401k flexibility, pto accrual

Review from Sales Dept

Our medical benefits are really good and I appreciate the fact that I can include my domestic partner on the policy.

Review from Admin Dept

Benefits that go outside of the standard - particular for medical, mental health & family leave

Review from Sales Dept

We receive 12 weeks paid family leave that we can use annually for parental leave, care for sick family member, or for ourselves. Truly an amazing benefit!

Review from Operations Dept

Upside on earnings. Attainable metrics.

Review from Executive Dept

everything about the benefits is amazing.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel like I am fairly compensated for my job. I love the benefits at CHG and the corporate office is phenomenal

Review from Sales Dept

Healthcare benefits, in office clinic

Review from Marketing Dept

Time off, including PTO, VTO, Team VTO, Sick Days

Review from Marketing Dept

I appreciate the consistent annual increases and the generous bonus. I have to earn that bonus each year, but after a decade at CHG, I know that my hard work is seen, recognized and valued.

Review from Executive Dept

Bonus potential is best in industry

Review from IT Dept

I've used the health insurance a few times lately and it seems great.

Review from Product Dept

Very generous paid time off policies, including lots of PTO, volunteer time off (VTO), two floating holidays, fully paid 12-week leaves program, 10 days of bereavement.

Review from Operations Dept

Being paid competitively within the market

Review from Engineering Dept

The access to healthcare, the Marathon clinic, Gallieri, VTO and our PTO.

Review from Executive Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone knows that inflation is out of control. I wouldn't be able to sustain a roof over head and food without combining with my partner and even then it feels like a struggle.

Review from Finance Dept

The company seems to be taking advantage of the fact that the cost of labor has not increased at the same rate of inflation. Because of the influx of available labor on the market, the cost of labor hasn't increased at the same rate of inflation.Compensation increases were lower than inflation rise

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation keeping up with inflation would make a huge difference. Being told that you're exceeding expectations but getting a small raise that is less than inflation and nearly identical to the raises as peers on the team not exceeding expectations do not make me feel highly valued.

Review from Engineering Dept

Yearly raises that keep up with inflation. Also I believe my pay is on the low end.

Review from Engineering Dept

Feedback from my team : pay not keeping up with inflation and Aetna plan is not good

Review from Engineering Dept

My pay is under market rate and the benefits don't cover many of the medicines I need or my family needs that are basic prescriptions.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel like workers like me are falling behind compared to broad economic situation, and inflation

Review from Engineering Dept

We don't get cost-of-living raises, so even when I perform above expectations, my annual raise barely matches inflation, meaning I never get ahead financially.

Review from Product Dept

tenure doesn't seem to matter unless you are on the leadership path. New hires are brought in at fair market rates, but those of us who were grossly underpaid for years never saw a fair correction to wages that takes into account tenure, experience and contribution

Review from Operations Dept

The role I've been hired into is on a team that is understaffed with the highest turnover in the company. Senior leadership doesn't see the connection between workload and salary.

Review from HR Dept

I don't feel undervalued but believe that for the amount and quality of work that we as Assignment Co-ordinators do, we should be paid more.

Review from Admin Dept

I support more people than is on paper so compensation doesn't account for that

Review from Admin Dept

To have all employees paid a living wage where they can pay their bills, save and have enough to support children. Currently not all employees are paid enough but are expected to stay with the company.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I made a lot of money somewhere else and took a giant pay cut when I started working here. I love the culture and my manager, but I do a lot of work for only getting paid $25 an hour.

Review from Operations Dept

Tentured consultants don't receive financial bonuses for year after year performance. But Rookies do.

Review from Sales Dept

I just feel like overall our company underpays people and they should either give us more PTO or pay us more.
