David M. Oliver — Chief Accounting Officer, Group VP of Finance, Controller & Treasurer at Chico's FAS

Mr. David M. Oliver has been Group Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Controller at Chico's FAS Inc. since March 2012 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since February 28, 2014. Prior to joining Chico's FAS, Inc. Mr. Oliver held various finance roles with SUPERVALU INC. from April 2004 to March 2012. He served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Supply Chain Services and Interim Controller at Supervalu Inc. since 2011. He served as an Interim Vice President of Investor Relations of Supervalu Inc. from April 30, 2008 to January 5, 2009. He served as Vice President and Controller of Supervalu Inc. since April 14, 2004 and as an Officer since April 7, 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of AMG Holdings Inc. and Gelson's Markets. He has responsibility for Establishing and Maintaining Internal Accounting Controls of Supervalu Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Arden Group Inc. from November 1999 to April 3, 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and also served as Chief Financial Officer of its subsidiary Arden-Mayfair Inc. Since August 1998, he was an independent Consultant. From July 1997 to July 1998, Mr. Oliver served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hughes Family Markets. He served as Vice President and Controller of The Vons Companies, Inc. from July 1994 to April 1997 and as Assistant Controller from August 1988 to June 1994. He was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department from June 1979 to May 1988. He served as Senior Audit Manager of Arthur Anderson. Mr. Oliver is a Graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
