Making our jobs easier instead of harder. We care for sick kids. Stop adding administrative nonsense and requiring so many useless committee meetings.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are very clickish. They need to learn to accept everyone and every culture and age group. They are not trained to do so by leadership so they can get away with it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that they are Avery diverse workforce and they value and nurture that diversity

Better teamwork. Leadership getting more involved in what goes on at the bedside.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was easy to talk to
The interview process was very casual.
I really hate to say this, but it was not very exciting. I couldn't get my interviewer to look me in the face.
