Better teamwork. Leadership getting more involved in what goes on at the bedside.

When everyone works together and treats each other like true participants, not oh, I'm better than you culture
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really hate to say this, but it was not very exciting. I couldn't get my interviewer to look me in the face.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are very clickish. They need to learn to accept everyone and every culture and age group. They are not trained to do so by leadership so they can get away with it.
