Mr. Dragisich was responsible for the finance functions, including accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, revenue assurance, billing, credit and collections, real estate, internal audit and treasury at XO Communications. At XO, he previously served as Vice President of financial planning and analysis since 2014. Prior to joining XO, he served as a Senior Director of business consultancy at Marriott International, where he led strategic development, industry benchmarking and business process reengineering projects. Before joining Marriott International, Mr. Dragisich served as a global director of financial planning and analysis at NII Holdings, Inc. and held management positions within the Deloitte Consulting Strategy and Operations practice. Mr. Dragisich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
