The people in my team care about patient outcome and take it personally when a patient has not received the best of care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401 (K) plan is awful . Their contribution is very small. They stole a huge amount of PTO dollars from long time employees who had banked them for extended illnesses coverage.
