Stop sweeping bad behavior under the rug. Stand up for your own motto.

Communication, allow for more involvement of frontline staff, perform exit interviews, learn how to retain employees

Focus more on patient care than turning a huge profit.

Understanding the process and basic skills it takes to do the job and speak to a patient about and help agents do their jobs. Training and faciliting a good learning environment.

what don't they need to get better at?

Everything from the head to the supportive staff

They should be termed for their poor performance and terrible culture.

communication is something they could work on.

solving issues.. rather than ignoring them

The transparency is similar to a solar eclipse

Stop gossiping about one another and stop being friends with subordinates during and after work which is favorism and causes issues amongst team members
