The leadership team is very transparent.
My Managers and Directors have always protected us and provided tools for us to get our jobs done.
Providing the best opportunities of supplies and equipment to serve our patients respectfully!

Stop sweeping bad behavior under the rug. Stand up for your own motto.
Communication, allow for more involvement of frontline staff, perform exit interviews, learn how to retain employees
Focus more on patient care than turning a huge profit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is very fair, but I was raised knowing you work hard and get rewarded. There are young graduates who want what others have without putting in the time and work. I am very happy with my salary and feel the work is recognized accordingly.
Insurance price is fair and i like my 403b
They do well matching my contributions.
Benefits are comprehensive and fairly priced.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401 (K) plan is awful . Their contribution is very small. They stole a huge amount of PTO dollars from long time employees who had banked them for extended illnesses coverage.
Increase in pay. Hire more employess so staff isnt over worked and burnt out.
To be treated as a staff member and not just a contract work.
Our services are being discontinued
CEO and administration way overpaid and should be cut.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are there for one another. It makes the hard job easier when you have coworkers that share the same goal achieving mindset

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training and understanding needs to be established before you start caring for patients and affecting their care.
work harder not talk and socialize with management while some of us are working non stop
They need to understand that this is just not a check they need to have more compasion for there felow coworkers
work and not play on their phones

I feel respected, and I believe my opinion counts
My department is small and we all work collaboratively and are supportive of each other

Speaking to a variety of people and being able to adk all my questions freely to ensure we were a good fit for each other.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Accurate and complete background checks. Lets not hire criminals or ppl that have proven with their actions they are not responsible. Hire ppl that have a medical background and expeirence.
Be truthful with prospective employees about what they will be doing and expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to use my skills in a faith based environment where I do not have to hide my beliefs.

Beingnpart of a larger purpose.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our employees in the clinics have a spirit of entitlement, which comes from the Executive leadership.
Treat everyone the same no matter what department the work in are who does what we are all here to help visitors and their family members, because we could be a patient one day and we want to be treat like we matter.
