I have been with the company for 7 years. Thought I would retire from this company and used to love it, but recent changes have put all focus on numbers, without providing employees with the tools, resources, and ability to hit the numbers. They also put being present in the office above results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of compensation package is the high 401k match.
What makes you most happy at work?
My wonderful supervisor and serving as a resource for my team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company culture is what needs to change. Currently, coworkers are demoralized and morale is low.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was efficient and interviewers were honest about the position and in answering my questions. This was 7 years ago, so it could've changed since then.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is excellent. Unfortunately, due to internal politics, they are not given authority to correct processes that negatively affect our team or enforce directives from the top.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The amount or bureaucratic red tape needs to be reduced, it makes it impossible to be productive and hit goals. Also, the top executives are disconnected from what the employees are dealing with at their desks and in life outside of work on a daily basis. They don't care that employees are leaving.
