Ms. Rebecca C. Reed serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs of Churchill Downs Incorporated since June 2005. Fom January 1999 to June 2005, Ms. Reed served as Senior Counsel of Churchill Downs Inc. Ms. Reed served as an Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Churchill Downs Inc. from January 1998 to December 1998 and also served as its Corporate Counsel from January 1994 to December 1997. Before joining CDI, Ms. Reed spent a year and a half as vice president, corporate counsel and assistant secretary for Farm Credit Bank of Louisville, Ky. she is a Graduate of the University of Kentucky and earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky School of Law.
