Have Black Leadership and not setting Black employees up for failure and being able to have a say without retaliation!

I'm paid at the top end of comparable professionals in Louisville.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because Black Leadership is not sought!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team includes everyone for everything.
We are the best team ever
Parts of the team were effective but the Director is not gifted with managing people!
We work together & always looking for ways to improve the guest experience
We are all like family and help one another out.

People like the overall environment
Everyone is so friendly & actually cares
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership that understands diversity and respect what the people on the floor have to say and do.
Leadership that is not friendship driven and fair!
They really need to think of their employees. Our office is filthy. There is mold and mildew all over. It stays freezing in our office even in the summer time

Interacting with community and visitors
When the work day is smooth& everyone is having a great time

Show a truly cultural leadership team and be effective managing people.
