Mr. Shawn A. Bailey has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) since October 2012. Mr. Bailey joined Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) as Assistant General Counsel in March 2007 and was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Operations in April 2009. He serves on the board of directors for the Kentucky Science Center and the Louisville Metro Parks Foundation. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky. He is licensed as both a CPA and lawyer in Kentucky.
