My leaders try their best to be fair and transparent and are trusting of me to make decisions about my work day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid a lot less than i would be for the same work and responsibilities and tenure somewhere else. I havent gotten a raise (beyond a yearly comp increase which is very small) in 7 years (have worked there for 10).
