I do a lot of work and other people don't and it would be better if there's health insurance.

I completed MBA Finance and Logistics. But I worked in associate. I expect value of my skills and small promotion. But no issues with management.

What are some of the best things about your team?
A good thing about my coworkes it that they are friendly and they are good people too. I love working with them and its a good experince getting to know other people that are willing to complete a task as the same as you.

I didn't find any good thing. One time it happened,there were no managers on floor and a meeting was scheduled,which I politely said,I will not be able to attend as it was peak time on Monday blockbuster movie ,lots of customers ,and issues arise every time,but manager said,how u can be irresponsib

The most positive is when i work with my mom.
Most positive thing is that the coworkers help each other since management is always "so busy" in the office

Have a real interview. Only question they ever ask is "whats your availability" they will hire literally anyone

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to see my mom everyday at work and at home. That really makes me happy and my friends in the cleaning they are good to laugh with and het along.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Food is bad and workers are never happy
Not everyone is trained to do certain tasks as cast members. Sometimes feels understaffed and can't get items out as quickly as expected.
