Prior to the merger it was amazing, since then it's been lukewarm - the new company places no value on our brand and employees.

I love working with my team and seeing new guests enjoying a movie.

The Cinepolis corporate personnel are adaptive and helpful - those from the new merger are superior and arrogant while also being unhelpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are phenomenal and 401k match is great - salary is good, although there is a different scale for women (lower) than men.

Hardworking with a love of movies, our team thrives on the busy times and takes time to go the extra mile during the slower times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our location has a positive energy and outlook because we are often neglected by corporate; we can only draw attention by the positive numbers we turn out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to interact with three different levels within the company before I was hired so I got three different views on the company and culture.
