Everything. They are lazy and unfair

I do a lot of work and other people don't and it would be better if there's health insurance.

I completed MBA Finance and Logistics. But I worked in associate. I expect value of my skills and small promotion. But no issues with management.

Have a real interview. Only question they ever ask is "whats your availability" they will hire literally anyone

They are slow about it and not very clear
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Food is bad and workers are never happy
Not everyone is trained to do certain tasks as cast members. Sometimes feels understaffed and can't get items out as quickly as expected.
