No communication no follow up. No listening skills . No leadership no ability to motivate you to be successful.
Firing the managnent team asap

Poor benefited below average benefits
I am undervalued and stuck in a dead end position, with no acknowledgement of performance or achievement. Need better detailed benefits, including time off and bonuses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No company meetings only directives
Better communication between departments, especially from the top down
Pull equal weight and ask questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
General morale and team building activities (that people want to do) to lighten the mood
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Proper vetting of candidates before getting to the interview level
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mandates to not write up airplane fefect under direct threats of termination at an at will work culture. Many terminations without cause.. training contract not prorated
Need a more enjoyable environment and better immediate manager
