The idea behind the company had potential, but execution was messy and frustrating. Technology issues were constant, and processes lacked efficiency. Employees were given little direction, leading to a reactive rather than proactive work culture.
Dealing with the narrow-minded approach to innovation at Citifyd was the most bothersome aspect of my time there.
