Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The idea behind the company had potential, but execution was messy and frustrating. Technology issues were constant, and processes lacked efficiency. Employees were given little direction, leading to a reactive rather than proactive work culture.

Dealing with the narrow-minded approach to innovation at Citifyd was the most bothersome aspect of my time there. It often felt like fresh ideas were met with resistance rather than enthusiasm, making it hard to feel motivated or valued. This attitude left many employees, myself included, unhappy.
