A great concept executed poorly with some awful people

I was hoodwinked and it was exciting at first, then it deteriorated quickly. They unapologetically talk advantage of their employees, have poor self awareness, and are generally dead behind the eyes. Dreaded every day, even though the work was interesting.

Pay is good but quality of life is bottom of the barrel for office work, at least for the Ops team. Horrible hours, no flexibility, terrible attitudes. Not worth the money

If I got paid more.
